Reformer-based class with the addition of Props. Class is focused on the core, legs, and glutes.
Intermediate Level

A Reformer Pilates class that targets the Upper Body and Glutes! Most of the exercises focus on toning the arms and legs; strengthening and stretching your limbs.
Weights and Bands may be added in.
Suitable for pregnant clients.

Expect clear cueing, purposeful corrections, and movement that feels both challenging and accessible—the Pandora way.
Signature Reformer Classes
PANDORA RX classes are designed as your body’s “movement vitamin”; restorative Reformer Pilates classes are built on foundational principles that support mobility, posture, alignment, and a strong mind–body connection.
Classes move at a thoughtful pace, emphasizing breath, body awareness, and high-quality movement. We often incorporate props and assisted stretching to support your body, improve range of motion, and help you leave feeling better than when you arrived.
PANDORA RX classes are taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy or a rehab-trained instructor.
RX Reformer Classes

Reformer Pilates class that is focused on strengthening, aligning, mobilizing and articulating the spine. May add Props such as foam roller, "Spinefitter" , Spine Corrector, and may go down to the mat for some Myofascial Release techniques. Emphasis on keeping the back healthy and strong to balance out daily life activities with poor postures.
Please let us know if you have an injury, or bone density loss. You must be clear for Group Pilates.
Class is taught by a Physical Therapist but is not a replacement for rehab.
Suitable for Pregnant Clients. .

A Pilates class geared to align, lengthen and recover. Class will be a combination of Reformer, Spine Corrector, Foam roller, SpineFitter, and other props to aid in stretching and self massage.
Great for newbies.

A Reformer based Pilates class geared to flow mindfully through a traditional Pilates routine that focuses on the Pilates principles, connecting the mind with the body with attention to alignment and form in a relaxing atmosphere. Be one with your body and flow.

Ok for clients with an injury that are clear for group class.

Power Reformer Classes
PANDORA POWER classes deliver an athletic, high-energy Reformer Pilates experience designed to build strength, power, and coordination. Expect dynamic sequences that may include heavier or lighter spring settings, weighted props, resistance bands, balance challenges, and jumping (when programmed).
Many classes use interval-style programming with a timer to keep the pace moving, elevate intensity, and challenge your endurance—without losing form or control.

Reformer Pilates class that is geared to tone, strengthen and feel the BURN! Using props such as light weights, ball, resistance bands, Pilates ring, weighted dowels, and more you will sculpt the body as a whole. This class is little more fast pace.
Suitable for Pregnant Clients who are strong and fit. .
Intermediate to Advanced Levels

A non-traditional, strength and endurance based Reformer class. The equipment will be utilized in creative ways, with props and more resistance. This class is aimed to challenge you with heavier or no springs, balance work, possible jumping, exercises may be structured similarly to a progressive overload workout.
Great for building strength, muscle, bones. Perfect for maintaining athletic performance and mobility.
Not recommended for those with injuries, pregnant, post/op. Please consult with staff if not sure.
Intermediate to Advanced Levels

A Reformer class that focuses on the POWERHOUSE, the CORE! Throughout this full body flow, your abdominals will be the main target of the class.
Not suitable for those who are prenatal / postnatal.
Private session required for those with neck / back injuries .
Intermediate to Advanced Levels

Fast Pace, high intensity class utilizing the Jump-board attachment on the Reformer. Class is HIIT style: Intervals of jumping mixed with traditional Pilates exercises.
Not suitable for pregnant clients in their 3rd Trimester.
Not suitable for those with Lower Extremity, Back or Neck injuries.
Intermediate to Advanced Levels
**Not recommended for those who are new to Pilates.
